I'm a wife, mother of four awesome kids, certified fitness trainer, and health & fitness enthusiast. In addition to my busy life as a "supermom" I teach group fitness classes 6 days a week, and work part time with my husband developing and growing a health and wellness business through Advocare.
I love eating clean, discovering new clean recipes, and teaching my children ways to make healthier, cleaner choices when it comes to what they eat. My favorite workouts are running, lifting heavy weights, CrossFit, Cycling, and Yoga. I want to inspire others to make healthier eating choices, and live a fit and active life.
The sky is the limit. DREAM big, THINK big, SET goals, and put a plan in action. Stay consistent, don't throw in the towel when times get rough, and you WILL become physically, spiritually, and financially fit!
